Now Cardiothoracic surgery and vascular surgery are two different branches. What books to refer for these?
Nikhil As seats for vascular surgery are less it will be merged with some other branch

Nikhil: Surgery Sixer and Pritesh singh
Sandeep: CTVS seats all over India are mostly vacant, just fill up CTVS as primary option in form, consider seat as yours
Alankrith: The seats for Cardiothoracic surgery seats are in a good number. I had discussion with a few of my professors and colleagues, they said that vascular surgery will be combined with endocrine surgery, head and neck oncology, gynac oncology, hepatobiliary surgery.
Deepi There are places where there are just vascular just cardiothoracic and combined course all together. So I guess it would be merged
Alankrith This is based on the data on last year's superspecialty seat matrix. I also had a discussion with the doctors who cleared their neet ss in 2017
